Terms and Conditions

Kegister is a business management web app for small and medium shops. It provides invoicing with printable templates, inventory and restocking, daily sales tracking, expenses, customer credits and debts, and reports. The service is operated by Emmanuel Emeribe ("we", "us").

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Kegister. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and business profile.

New businesses receive a 14-day free trial with no payment required. The trial lets you test the service before paying. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the account becomes read-only until a plan is purchased.

After the trial, Kegister is offered as paid Standard and Pro subscription plans, billed in advance monthly or every 3 months. Prices are shown on the Billing & Plan page before you pay, in US dollars and in supported local currencies. Plan features and limits are shown on the pricing and billing pages.

Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. Kegister does not store your card details; card information is entered on Flutterwave's secure checkout. If you enable automatic renewal, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method at the end of each paid period until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing & Plan page. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for when refunds apply.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access other customers' data, no interfering with the service's operation, and no using the service to send fraudulent invoices or deceive others.

You keep ownership of the business data you enter (invoices, customers, products, sales and expenses). We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Kegister available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and factors outside our control may cause occasional downtime.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

To the extent permitted by law, Kegister and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
