• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Business details: the business name, contact details and settings you enter.
• Business data: the invoices, customers, products, sales, expenses and credits/debts you record.
• Billing records: your plan, payment history and payment references (not card numbers).

• To run the service: show your dashboard, invoices, inventory and reports.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send service emails, such as sign-in codes, receipts and subscription notices.
• To provide support when you contact us.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Flutterwave — to process payments.
• Our cloud hosting and database provider — to store and serve the app and its data.
• Our email service provider — to deliver service emails.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Card details are entered on Flutterwave's secure checkout and are handled by Flutterwave.Kegister never sees or stores your full card number.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted so each business can only reach its own records. Administrative access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your business data; we may keep billing records where required for accounting and legal purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing kegisterapp@gmail.com. Requests are handled by email. We reply within 2 business days.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your selected business and checkout currency. We do not use advertising trackers.

Kegister is a business tool and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we will announce material changes in the app or by email before they take effect, and update the "Last updated" date above.
